Abstract

Gorontalo City inflation occurred due to an increase in the index in three expenditure groups, three expenditure groups experienced a decrease in the index, and one expenditure group did not change the index. The expenditure groups that experienced an increase in the index were the health group by 0.66 percent, the foodstuffs group by 0.07 percent, and the processed food, drinks, cigarettes and tobacco group by 0.07 percent. The expenditure group that experienced a decrease in index was the clothing group by -0.13 percent, the housing, water, electricity, gas and fuel group by -0.06 percent and in the transportation, communication and financial services group by -0.06 percent . While the groups that did not experience changes in the index were the education, recreation and sports groups.
