Abstract

Types of Micro and Small Manufacturing Industries in Gorontalo Province are the Food industry, Beverage industry, Tobacco Processing Industry, Textile industry, Apparel industry, Wood industry, Wood Products, Wood and Cork Products (excluding Furniture) and Bamboo Woven Goods, Rattan and the like, Printing and Reproduction of the Recording Media Industry, Chemical Industry and Chemical Goods, Non-Metal Mining Industry, Metal Goods Industry, Non-Machinery and Equipment, Other Transport Equipment Industry, Furniture Industry, and Other Processing Industries.
The growth of the production of the Micro and Small Manufacturing Industries (IMK) of Gorontalo Province in the third Quarter of 2019 (q-to-q) increased by 3.76 percent compared to Quarter II of 2019. The type of industry that experienced an increase in production was the Food industry (10 , 21%), Textile Industry (2.31%), Timber Industry, Wood Goods, Wood and Cork Products (excluding Furniture) and Woven Products of Bamboo, Rattan and the Like (1.34%), Chemical Industry and Chemical Goods (2.58%), Non-Metal Galian Goods Industry (16.19%) and Furniture Industry (0.98%).
For the growth of Micro and Small Manufacturing Industry (IMK) Production in Quarter III of 2019 compared to Quarter III of 2018 (y-on-y) also experienced a significant increase of 27.26 percent.
For the IBS category in Quarter III 2019, the production growth of Gorontalo Province's Large and Medium Manufacturing Industry (q-to-q) experienced an increase of 9.04 percent compared to IBS production in the second quarter of 2019.
When compared to the third quarter of the previous year (y-on-y) IBS growth in the third quarter of 2019 also increased by 23.19 percent.
