Abstract
The number of
workers in Gorontalo Utara Regency based on the National Labor Force Survey
(Sakernas) in August 2024 was 69,628 people, down 333 people compared to August
2023. The Labor Force Participation Rate (TPAK) fell by 1.14 percentage points
compared to August 2023.
The working
population in August 2024 was 67,682 people, a decrease of 342 people from
August 2023. The business field that experienced the largest increase was
Agriculture, amounting to 27,272 people.
In August 2024,
19,020 people (28.10 percent) worked in formal activities, a decrease of 1.85
percentage points compared to August 2023.
The Open
Unemployment Rate (TPT) in August 2024 was 2.79 percent, an increase of 0.02
percentage points compared to August 2023.
